Growing up along the beautiful KwaZulu-Natal South Coast in South Africa, Russel has always felt a strong connection to nature and a desire to protect our wild spaces. This passion led him to create Wild Alliance Africa, a non-profit dedicated to conserving biodiversity and helping communities live in harmony with their natural surroundings. Russel also founded WildED Africa, an educational initiative that combines conservation and adventure for young people. With his commitment to education, conservation, and restoration, Russel sees Wildlife Eye as a game changer for the field. He believes this innovative tool can significantly enhance conservation efforts while bringing us closer to a world where both people and wildlife can thrive side by side.
